Pavitra was born—literally—in the middle of the night. For years, founder Sherisse Alexander carried two deep passions: coaching and mentoring people, and working within businesses to improve efficiency and productivity.
One night, the question surfaced: What if these two worlds came together—with purpose at the center? From her own professional journey and the challenges she faced in her businesses, Sherisse saw the same disconnect that so many leaders experience today:
